Whether you want to talk about a potential sponsorship, send hardware for an honest teardown, or just point out a typo in one of our Docker Compose files, you are in the right place.
How to Reach Us
Use the contact form below to drop us a message. We actually read them, but please keep the following in mind before you hit send:
- Hardware Manufacturers: We accept review units, but we do not accept payment for positive reviews. Our editorial independence is absolute. If your software is terrible or your chassis feels like cheap plastic, we will write exactly that. You do not get to preview the article before it goes live.
- Sponsorships & Advertising: We do not run invasive banner ads, but we are open to native, privacy-friendly sponsorships from brands that align with the self-hosted and open-source ethos.
- Corrections & Updates: Software updates rapidly. If you followed one of our Proxmox or Docker guides and noticed that a specific command or repository link has changed, please let us know! We want to keep our tutorials as accurate as possible.
The “Helpdesk” Is Closed
We love the homelab community, but we do not provide free 1-on-1 technical support.
If you copy-pasted a command and bricked your NAS, or your TrueNAS SCALE pool won’t import, we cannot troubleshoot your specific network setup over a contact form. We highly recommend joining the r/homelab or r/selfhosted communities on Reddit—they are fantastic resources for debugging.
